Excellent service  -  I saw Paul's van at the end of my street and contacted him. I'd bought a potting bench for my husbands birthday and wanted it to be "made up" rather than give to hubby for him to then have to put it together himself. Paul did a fantastic job on constructing the potting bench and my husband is over the moon with it. I can thoroughly recommend Paul and his Flat Pack Charlie service for his excellent customer service.
