Great communication from Paul. Arrived promptly and exactly when indicated with good notice given so I knew to expect him. Product was an oak end grain kitchen island, built incredibly quick. Paul explained some of the quirks of the item and how to handle it if I ever need to move or clean it. Packaging neatly piled for me to recycle or bin. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again - no headaches trying to build flat pack anymore! Thanks
